We are organizing a large-scale event (Shri Sammed Shikharji Pilgrim Tour), and to ensure a seamless experience for all participants, we must book all requirements, accommodations, and logistics well in advance. Therefore, there will be absolutely no refund issued under any circumstances or in any situation once a booking is confirmed and payment is made.
In the event of any disputes, issues, or unforeseen scenarios regarding cancellations, participation, or event management, the decision of the Suhasthi Yuva Jain Milan Trust Management Team is absolute and final. By registering, you agree to abide unconditionally by the management's binding decisions.
Any legal issues, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to our refund and cancellation policies, event bookings, or Trust operations shall be addressed exclusively in the courts located within our home state of Karnataka, India.
