When booking an event through Suhasthi Yuva Jain Milan, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Suhasthi Yuva Jain Milan Trust reserves the absolute right (Swadhikar Surakshit) to postpone, cancel, or limit the event at any time, without prior notice. This applies to any urgent or unknown circumstances that are not currently known, delays or rejections in government approvals, natural calamities (Acts of God), or any other reasons deemed necessary by the Trust. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept that the Trust holds this supreme authority to alter event plans unconditionally.
As a religious and cultural trust, we expect all participants to maintain the highest standards of decorum, respect, and adherence to Jain principles during our events and tours. Consumption of prohibited items (such as non-vegetarian food, alcohol, etc.) during our events is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate cancellation of your participation without any refund, and potential legal action.
In no event shall Suhasthi Yuva Jain Milan Trust, nor its directors, employees, volunteers, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or participate in the events.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal issue, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, the trust's decisions, or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the home state of Karnataka.
